Kandara has more than 5 years of experience in the software industry.
He is currently working in the Engineering department of Business Objects, and he took a one-year sabbatical to work with the CIST.
Before coming to Cambodia, Kandara had an extensive experience with the Business Objects Offshore Development center in Bangalore, he lived in India for more than 6 months, and he managed the product release of Business Objects Performance Manager XI Release 1 in 10 languages.
